This was a letter from the Permanent Representative of the Congo to the United Nations forwarding a communiqué issued by the 46th meeting of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union containing the PSC decision to renew African Union Mission in Sudan (AMIS) until 30 September and accept the transition "in principle".
