Overview of Security Council Resolutions
This resolution extends the mandate of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) for a period of one year until 20 December 2025--noting the continued violence in eastern DRC by the 23 March Movement (M23) and the persistent presence of other domestic and foreign armed groups in the country.
