Overview of Sanctions Committee Documents
This was a letter from the Chairman of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005) concerning the Sudan addressed to the President of the Security Council and transmitting a report of the sanctions Panel of Experts on the Sudan, which noted that Central African Republic territory was reportedly used for arms smuggling.
