Overview of Security Council Letters
This was a letter from the President of the Security Council to the Secretary-General informing him that his recommendation to extend UN Peacebuilding Office in the Central African Republic mandate through 2006 and to raise the rank of his Representative to "Special Representative" (ASG level) had been brought to the attention of the members of the Security Council.
