13 June 1986 S/RES/585 This resolution took note of the Draft Framework Agreement.
24 February 1986 S/RES/582 This resolution reiterated calls for a cessation of hostilities in the Iran-Iraq War. It deplored the use of chemical weapons, condemned vigorously their continued use in the conflict, expected both sides to refrain from their use, and called upon all states to adopt strict controls over transferring chemical products to any country believed to have used chemical weapons.
