7 December 2006 S/2006/942 On 6 December 2006, the Security Council considered its draft report to the General Assembly covering the period from 1 August 2005 to 31 July 2006.
19 July 2006 S/2006/507 This note described the outcome of the six months of work of the Informal Working Group in 2006 under the leadership of Japan.
7 February 2006 S/2006/78 This note contained the updated descriptive index of notes and statements by the Council president relating to documentation and procedure.
31 January 2006 S/2006/66 This note by the President of the Security Council contained the updated list of the subsidiary bodies of the Security Council.
29 December 2005 S/2005/841 This note by the President of the Security Council established the mandate of the Working Group on General Issues of Sanctions for 2006.
30 December 2004 S/2004/1031 This was a note by the President of the Security Council extending the ad hoc Working Group on Conflict Prevention and Resolution in Africa until 31 December 2005.
23 December 2004 S/2004/1014 This note extended the mandate of the Working Group on Sanctions until 31 December 2005 and that expanded its mandate, inter alia, to improve archives and databases in the Secretariat and strengthen cooperation between sanctions committees, monitoring bodies and regional organisations.
21 December 2004 S/2004/979 The Council transmitted the letter from the Chairman of the Informal Working Group of the Security Council on General Issues of Sanctions addressed to the President of the Security Council.
2 December 2004 S/2004/939 This note superseded the note of 22 November 2002 (S/2002/1276) and emphasised that newly elected members of the Council would be invited to attend both formal and informal meetings of subsidiary bodies, rather than just formal meetings, for one month preceding their term.

18 December 2003 S/2003/1183 This note by the President of the Security Council extended the mandate of the Working Group on Conflict Prevention and Resolution in Africa until the end of 2004.
22 November 2002 S/2002/1276 This note established that newly elected Council members would be invited to attend informal consultations of the Council and formal meetings of subsidiary bodies for one month prior to their term and that if an incoming member were assuming the presidency in the first two months of its term, it would be able to attend informal consultations for two months preceding its term.
6 September 2002 S/2002/1000 The Council produced the first index to its working methods, listing the symbols and subject matters of its previous documents on working methods in a single document.
27 August 2002 S/2002/964 This note outlined criteria for eligibility for participation in private meetings and consultation meetings with TCCs.
6 June 2002 S/2002/603 This note circulated a report prepared by the Secretariat on procedural developments in the Council in 2001, as a Security Council document to provide information for the use of non-Members of the Council.
