Overview of Notes by the President of the Security Council
This note superseded the note of 22 November 2002 (S/2002/1276) and emphasised that newly elected members of the Council would be invited to attend both formal and informal meetings of subsidiary bodies, rather than just formal meetings, for one month preceding their term.
