Overview of Security Council Letters
This letter contained the Interim Agreement for Peace and Self-Government in Kosovo (The Rambouillet Accords) which called for a new constitution for Kosovo that respects the territorial integrity of FRY while simultaneously establishing the principles of democratic self-government for three years until final status of Kosovo is determined.
