Overview of Security Council Letters
This letter contained a letter from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iraq requesting that $40 million dollars of the balance in the UNMOVIC account be transferred to the Permanent Mission of Iraq account to be used to purchase facilities near United Nations Headquarters and to renovate the current headquarters of the Mission and the residence of the Permanent Representative.
