21 February 2025 S/RES/2773 This resolution, acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, strongly condemns the ongoing offensive and advances of the M23 in the North Kivu and South Kivu provinces of the DRC--calling on the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) to cease support to M23 and immediately withdraw from DRC territory without preconditions. The resolution also reiterates an urgent call for all parties to conclude an immediate and unconditional ceasefire.
20 December 2024 S/RES/2765 This resolution extends the mandate of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) for a period of one year until 20 December 2025--noting the continued violence in eastern DRC by the 23 March Movement (M23) and the persistent presence of other domestic and foreign armed groups in the country.
6 August 2024 S/RES/2746 This resolution authorised MONUSCO to provide logistical and operational support to SAMIDRC and requested the Secretary-General to report on the implementation of this resolution and SAMIDRC to report on its activities, including coordination with MONUSCO, by 15 November.
19 December 2023 S/RES/2717 This resolution extends the mandate of the UN Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO)
27 June 2023 S/RES/2688 The resolution extends the 1533 DRC sanctions regime until 1 July 2024 and the mandate of the Group of Experts assisting the 1533 DRC Sanctions Committee until 1 August 2024.
20 December 2022 S/RES/2666 This resolution renewed MONUSCO's mandate for one year until 20 December 2023.
20 December 2022 S/RES/2667 This resolution lifted the notification requirements related to the arms embargo imposed within the framework of the 1533 DRC sanctions regime.
30 June 2022 S/RES/2641 This resolution renewed the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) sanctions regime until 1 July 2023 and the mandate of the Group of Experts assisting the 1533 DRC Sanctions Committee until 1 August 2023.
20 December 2021 S/RES/2612 This resolution extended the mandate of MONUSCO until 20 December 2022.
29 June 2021 S/RES/2582 This resolution, adopted unanimously, renewed the 1533 Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) sanctions regime.
18 December 2020 S/RES/2556 This extended the mandate of MONUSCO until 20 December 2021. Fourteen members voted in favour of the resolution, whereas the Russian Federation abstained. 
25 June 2020 S/RES/2528 This resolution renewed the DRC sanctions regime until 1 July 2021 and the mandate for the Group of Experts until 1 August 2021.
19 December 2019 S/RES/2502 The Council extended MONUSCO's mandate until 20 December 2020.
26 June 2019 S/RES/2478 The Council renewed the 1533 sanctions regime until 1 July 2020.
29 March 2019 S/RES/2463 The MONUSCO mandate was renewed through this resolution until 20 December 2019. By that point, a strategic review will have taken place to determine the future of MONUSCO.
