28 April 2016 S/RES/2284 The Council extended the mandate of UNOCI for a final period until 30 June 2017, after which the mission would be terminated.
28 April 2016 S/RES/2283 The Council adopted a resolution terminating the sanctions regime in Côte d’Ivoire.
20 January 2016 S/RES/2260 This resolution approved the proposed reduction of UNOCI's military component from 5,437 to 4,000 troops.
25 June 2015 S/RES/2226 This was a resolution extending the mandate of UNOCI for an additional year.
28 April 2015 S/RES/2219 This was a resolution renewing sanctions measures (partial arms embargo, travel ban and asset freeze) until 30 April 2016 and renewing the mandate of the Group of Experts until 30 May 2016.
25 June 2014 S/RES/2162 This resolution renewed UNOCI for a year; reinforced the role of the Special Representative in supporting political processes underway in Côte d'Ivoire; reduced UNOCI military and police components by 30 June 2015; and called for the establishment of a quick reaction force within UNOCI.
29 April 2014 S/RES/2153 This resolution lifted the diamond embargo on Côte d'Ivoire and partially lifted the arms embargo. It renewed for a year the financial and travel measures on target individuals as well as the sanctions on arms and lethal material, and it renewed for thirteen months the mandate of the Group of Experts assisting the 1572 Sanctions Committee on Côte d'Ivoire.
30 July 2013 S/RES/2112 This resolution renewed the mandate of UNOCI until 30 June 2014.
25 April 2013 S/RES/2101 This resolution renewed the sanctions regime on Côte d'Ivoire and the mandate of the Group of Experts until 30 April 2014.
26 July 2012 S/RES/2062 This resolution renewed the mandate of UNOCI until 31 July 2013.
26 April 2012 S/RES/2045 This resolution renewing the Côte d'Ivoire sanctions regime for 12 months, renewed the mandate of the Panel of Experts and rolled over most of the measures in resolution 1980.
16 September 2011 S/RES/2008 This resolution extended the mandate of UNMIL until 30 September 2012 and called on UNOCI and UNMIL to coordinate strategies and operations in the Liberia-Côte d’Ivoire border regions.
27 July 2011 S/RES/2000 This resolution renewed the mandate of UNOCI at its current force levels (including the earlier ad hoc increases) until 31 July 2012.
29 June 2011 S/RES/1992 Extended the temporary redeployment of armed helicopters from UNMIL to UNOCI until 30 September 2011.
13 May 2011 S/RES/1981 This resolution extended the mandate of UNOCI until 31 July and authorised the Secretary-General to extend until 30 June the temporary redeployment of UNMIL military assets to support UNOCI.
