Overview of Security Council Letters
This was a letter from the chairs of the two committees (1373 Counter-Terrorism Committee and the 1267/1989/2253 ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee) announcing that the meeting would be postponed "on an exceptional basis in the light of the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19 [...] in order to reduce unnecessary exposure to health risks".
