Overview of Security Council Letters
This was a letter sent to the Council president by the Netherlands, on behalf of Australia, Belgium, Malaysia and Ukraine, which informed the Council that the criminal trial of four individuals (three Russians and one Ukrainian) who are charged for their role in downing flight MH17 would start on 9 March in The Hague under Dutch law.
